Altre due banche statunitensi sono andate fallite e quindi chiuse. Si tratta di Strategic Capital Bank e Citizens National Bank, istituti situati nell' Illinois con asset per un totale di quasi un miliardo di dollari. Lo dice l'agenzia Bloomberg, sottolineando che i fallimenti delle banche americane sono saliti a 36.
